Blow-Molded Bottles and Containers
According to the required capacity, shape, neck finish, wall thickness and service conditions, we assess suitable material options and blow-molding processes. We coordinate the selection of manufacturing resources in China, tooling and prototyping, specification review, quality documentation, packaging and delivery to Japan.
- Small bottles, flat bottles, wide-mouth containers and handled containers
- Review of capacity, shape, neck finish, cap and sealing structure
- Material options including HDPE, LDPE, PP and PET
- Feasibility assessment for extrusion, injection and stretch blow molding
- Tooling, prototyping, dimensional and appearance checks
- Materials, regulations, testing and food-contact suitability confirmed for each project
