Equipment and Process Review for Each Project
Based on drawings, specifications and application conditions, we evaluate equipment, tooling, materials, processing methods, required tolerances and inspection requirements. Manufacturing feasibility, equipment specifications, equipment ownership or operation, and lead time are confirmed for each project.
The photographs include equipment owned or operated by Chunhui Rongsheng and its manufacturing partners. They are examples of the available equipment network; the equipment used for each project is selected according to its specific requirements. Equipment specifications, ownership or operation, and manufacturing feasibility are confirmed separately for each project.
Standard Rubber Parts
Standard rubber parts including O-rings, packings, and seals. We check the availability and usability of existing molds and consider utilization when possible. Required info: material, hardness, dimensions, environment, quantity.
Custom Rubber Parts
Custom-shaped rubber parts, custom seals, and custom gaskets. Based on drawings or physical samples, we review material candidates and mold specifications, supporting from prototyping through transition to mass production. Required info: drawings/samples, usage conditions, quantity.
Plastic Molded Parts
Injection molding, vacuum forming, blow molding, rotational molding. We consider manufacturing partners and processing methods suitable for product requirements based on product shape, precision, and quantity. Required info: drawings, material preference, usage conditions, quantity.
Plastic Machined Parts
Plastic machining including cutting, drilling, and face machining. Plastic machining generally does not require molds and is suitable for low-volume items and prototypes. Required info: drawings, material, tolerances, quantity.
Tooling Coordination and Specification Review
Mold structure review (confirmation of mold specifications such as parting line (PL), gate position, ejector pin position), prototype coordination, sample verification, and production transition management. Required: product drawings, quantity plan, quality requirements.

Manufacturing Partner Evaluation & Quality Management
We evaluate and select manufacturing partners based on project conditions such as product specifications, quality requirements, quantities, and delivery times. Production progress management and quality document management (material certificates, dimensional inspection, material property test reports).
Export Coordination & Delivery to Japan
Export packaging, labeling, arrangement and verification of customs and export-related documents, and export coordination and delivery to Japan. Required info: delivery destination, quantity, packaging requirements.
